Sunday Roasts

The best thing by far about winter is a traditional sunday roast. My preference is for roast lamb, roast potatoes, carrots, yorkshire puddings (lots of) and mint sauce, Sonia likes a few more veggies but essentially the same minus the meat and with a splodge of gravy!
